Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

By booking services with Vowgraphy Studio, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms and conditions.

• Booking Fee: A non-refundable booking fee of 30% is required to secure your wedding date. This fee is deducted from the total cost of services.
• Payment Schedule:
  • 30% Advance/Booking Fee: Due upon booking to secure the date.
  • 30% Payment: Due one week before the wedding date.
  • 30% Payment: Due immediately after the wedding day.
  • 10% Final Payment: Due upon delivery of the album PDF.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via [Cash, UPI, Bank transfer etc.].

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• Client Cancellation: If the client cancels the booking:
  • Before 1 Month of Wedding Date: 10% of the booking fee will be held by the studio.
  • Within 1 Month of Wedding Date: The booking fee is non-refundable. 
• Studio Cancellation: If Vowgraphy Studio needs to cancel for any reason, a full refund, including the booking fee, will be provided.

4. Rescheduling

• Client Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to availability. If the new date is within one week of the original date, no additional fees will apply. If rescheduled to a date beyond one week of the original date, an additional fee may apply.
• Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), rescheduling will be accommodated without additional fees.

5. Services and Deliverables

• Photography Coverage:
  •  Small Functions: Coverage includes 6 hours for smaller functions such as Nyuter, Mehndi, and Haldi.
  • Wedding Day: Coverage includes 10 hours for the wedding day.
  • Additional Hours: Additional hours can be purchased at a rate of ₹1000 per person for each extra hour
• Editing and Delivery: Raw Photos will be delivered within 2 weeks after the wedding. High-resolution images will be provided via an online gallery. Edited video will be provided within 3 months after wedding.
• Album and Prints: Any albums or prints included in the package will be delivered within one month after the client selects the final photos. The final 10% payment is due upon delivery of the album PDF.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Permissions: It is the client’s responsibility to secure all necessary permissions for locations where photography will take place.
• Cooperation: The client agrees to provide the photographer with a detailed itinerary and list of specific shots required.
• Food and Travel: The client is responsible for providing meals (lunch and dinner) and covering travel expenses for the photographer if the function exceeds 11 PM.

7. Copyright and Usage Rights

• Photographer’s Rights: Vowgraphy Studio retains copyright of all images. The studio may use the images for marketing, advertising, portfolio, and other promotional purposes.
• Client’s Rights: Clients receive personal usage rights to the images, which include printing and sharing on social media. Commercial use of the images requires written permission from Vowgraphy Studio.

8. Liability

• Limitation of Liability: Vowgraphy Studio’s liability for any claim related to the services provided is limited to the amount paid by the client.
• Damage or Loss: Vowgraphy Studio is not responsible for any damage or loss to photos due to technical failures, client actions, or unforeseen events.

9. Privacy

• Confidentiality: Vowgraphy Studio respects client privacy and will not share personal information without consent.
• Image Sharing: Clients consent to their images being used in Vowgraphy Studio’s portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indian Government. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Indian Government.

11. Amendments

Vowgraphy Studio reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
